Watsu ®

The word “Watsu” comes from the words Water and Shiatsu. This is a lovely technique in which we use our own buoyancy and it is performed in warm water where you will be massaged and stretched.Watsu is the world’s first form of aquatic bodywork: In Watsu we encounter well being through motion, stretches and smooth gliding. Watsu brings relaxation to our mind, spirit and physical bodies while being held and floated in the water.

Flowing aquatic energy. Ai Chi is a simple exercise and relaxation program performed using a combination of deep breathing and slow, broad movements of the arms, legs, and torso.

Water Dance ®

In Water Dance you will experience the feeling of being back in the womb now as an adult. Commencement of a Water Dance is through Watsu warm-up where the client starts slowing down the breath and therefore, the mind. The warmth of the water along with rocking and rhythmic movements will nourish your spirit while the touch of a professional practitioner will awaken your sensory systems for thereafter have you fly on a magic and unique underwater experience While interacting with the surface of the water to breathe you will start to crave the need to be submerged in more unexpected poses. Bad Ragaz Ring Method

This technique originated in Germany in 1957 and was introduced, by a German therapist, to the therapeutic thermal pools of Bad Ragaz in Switzerland. The technique has since become more clearly defined as the Bad Ragaz Ring Method. This is a method of muscle re-education utilizing specific patterns of resistance, endurance, elongation, relaxation, range of motion, and tonal reduction.
